Self Healing with Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that incorporates touch in a series of hand positions. In each of these hand positions the Reiki/Universal energy is channeled into the receivers’ aura and body.The benefits of Reiki include stress reduction and relaxation. In this relaxed state the immune system is enhanced and the person is better able to heal and maintain health. Reiki has also been known to relieve depression, lower blood pressure, enhance memory, and improve overall well-being. Scientific research has validated these results and continues to work on how and why it works.In this class you will learn how to perform a self-reiki session including preparation, forming your intention, the hand positions, and how to end the session.
