Bake and Take Holiday Cookies
Oh no! Are all the holiday preparations getting you down?? Don’t fret, Nancy’s team will help you get your baking done in no time at all! As always, you’ll take home ten varieties of cookies including: Andes Mint, Lemon Crinkles, M&M, Molasses, Peanut Blossoms, Cherry Poppyseed, Peppermint Meltaways, Holiday Bells, and Peanut Butter Balls.Our new cookie this year is Sprinkled Sugar Cookies! You’ll go home with ten dozen cookies in all.
In this hands-on class you will be working in pairs. You’ll be provided with cookie dough and everything you need to form, trim, and decorate the cookies. Your cookies will be baked for you by Nancy’s team in large commercial ovens.
Hairnets and gloves will be provided, but bring your own apron if you like. And most important, don’t forget to bring containers to carry home your ten dozen treats. Please arrive on time and plan on staying the full three hours, as well as assisting with clean-up at the end of class.
Due to safety restrictions, and out of respect for the adult attendees, no children are allowed in or near the class. You may send someone in your place if you are ill, cannot find child care, etc. Cookies will not be provided for no-shows. No refunds will be given after 48 working hours prior to class start. There will be a $14 food supply fee payable to the instructor in class.

Nancy Burgeson is a highly sought after instructor with years of experience. Currently she instructs classes in several metro districts and has been a regional coordinator for Wilton Enterprises working and training baking instructors in a five state area. She is her happiest in a classroom with adult learners sharing her passions of baking and candy making.
