All Levels Indoor Cycling

Join us for a weekly Saturday morning with our All Levels Indoor Cycling Class! This will be a 45 minute class with a warmup, flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, seated, standing sections and a cool down with time to stretch. Most importantly, we will have fun! Bring water, a towel and tennis shoes or cycling shoes if you have them.

If you're looking to get in shape in a fun and welcoming group setting, there's nothing quite as effective as a good ol' fashioned bootcamp workout. This class meets three times per week and includes strength, cardio, toning, and more!

In this combo class, you will get a 20-25 minute cardio workout on the bike and then you will transition to 20-25 minutes of weight based exercises. Our Keiser bike computers will help ensure you get the perfect ride tailored to your own fitness level, and you can choose your weights for the strength portion so you get just what you're looking for in a workout!

Pilates combines stretching, and strengthening, with a focus on engaging your core during the entire class. The reformers promote stability, ensuring your body stays active while you perform exercises. The spring system introduces resistance and supports stretching. Together, the exercises create a well-rounded workout that targets the entire body.

Want a fantastic way to try out all facets of fitness, strength and cardio? You pick the times for three Bootcamp classes, three Power Pumps, and five Cycling classes that fit your schedule! Your package includes 11 45-minute classes. Bootcamp (pick three) Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30am or Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 6pm. Power Pump (pick three) Tuesdays at 4:05pm or 5:05pm, or Fridays at 6:15am. Cycling (pick five) Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am or 6pm; Tuesdays at 8:15am, Saturdays at 6:45am or 8:30am.

Package includes 11 45-minute classes. Kickboxing (pick four) Wednesdays at 8:15am or rotating Saturdays at 9:30am. Power Pump (pick four) Tuesdays at 4:05pm or 5:05pm, or Fridays at 6:15am. From beginners to more advanced, Slow Flow Yoga is an excellent way to unwind from your day! This class works at a slower pace to promote a healthy and more peaceful mind and body. You'll be able to stretch, tone, and strengthen all at the same time. You'll settle into yoga poses with fewer transitions and have more time to focus on each position. You'll leave feeling like you got in a great workout yet be mindfully refreshed! Please bring a water bottle. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.

Ultimate Cycling Package

This monthly package is a great way to boost your cardio, get in shape, and increase your metabolism through indoor cycling! Try indoor cycling, especially if you are a beginner and need an exercise routine that's easier on the joints. Burn fat with sprints, hills, and climbs all in a fun 45-minute workout. With this package, you may attend up to 20 instructor-led classes in a month! Arrive 15 minutes before class starts and bring a sweat towel and water bottle. Cycling (pick twenty) Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am or 6pm; Tuesdays at 8:15am; Saturdays at 6:45am or 8:30am.
