About one week prior to the class date, you will receive a grocery list of items to purchase and bring with to class (proteins and veggies). Menu entrees are: Pork Roast, Beef & Barley Stew, Italian Pasta Skillet, Italian Sausage Burgers, Smokey Maple Roast, Roasted Ethiopian Chicken, Ethiopian Stew, Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry, Grilled Flank Steak, and Coq au Vin (chicken with wine).
