OMS After School Enrichment
Join us for a weekly Wednesday evening with our All Levels Indoor Cycling Class! This will be a 30-minute class with a warmup, flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, seated, standing sections and a cool down with time to stretch. Most importantly, we will have fun! Bring water, a towel and tennis shoes or cycling shoes if you have them.
