This Taekwondo class is designed to give children self-confidence, respect, perseverance, discipline, patience, courtesy, and humility all while having fun. Physically, children will gain agility, strength, flexibility, and coordination. These classes are held at the National Taekwondo Institute studio located at 212 West Bridge St.
