Statistics show caregivers often do not take care of themselves when caring for a loved one as the continuous responsibility of helping their loved one in need leaves them feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, and with limited time to self-care. This program provides an opportunity for caregivers to connect with others in the community and receive support while also learning how to find time for themselves.
