Ready to rev up your fitness? Our instructor-led indoor cycling class is the perfect low-impact way to boost your cardio, burn fat, and fire up your metabolism - all in just 45 minutes! Designed for all fitness levels, this class is especially great for beginners or anyone looking for a joint-friendly workout. You'll ride through sprints, climbs, and hills that sculpt your legs, strengthen your core, and tone your entire body.  After registration, text 507-668-0075 to submit your 3 class choices.

Available times (all classes 45 minutes): 

Tu at 5:30am, 8:15am or 6pm

Th at 5:30am

Sa at 8:30am
