3D Printing: Pokémon (3rd-7th Grade)

Design your own 3D pocket monster using TinkerCad. This course will give students an introduction to using CAD modeling & design software. Student-designed Pokémon will be printed and mailed home. Students will need: TinkerCAD (login information provided during class); Zoom (free download); PC (Windows or MacBook).

The big day gone hilariously wrong! A groom wakes up on the morning of his wedding day with a hangover and a strange woman in his bed. Mix in the bride, her mother, the best man, and a maid that knows too much, and you have a recipe for disaster. Wedding bells or running for the hills? Their big day will be far from a piece of cake! We will have a buffet lunch in the ballroom prior to the show. Trip includes motorcoach transportation, lunch, and a ticket to the show. Adult Conversational Spanish: Beginner Part 1

Always dreamed of learning Spanish or refreshing your high school Spanish? Then this is the class for you! The primary focus of the class will be on building conversational tools in Spanish through interactive practice and exercises. Vocabulary topics will include common greetings and introductions, pronunciation, numbers, food, clothing, likes & dislikes. Grammar topics will include subject pronouns, the verb estar conjugation, gender of nouns, and plurality. Participants will learn how to carry on small conversations in Spanish and each class will include interesting cultural anecdotes including Spanish word origin, dialect differences, and names in Spanish. Prerequisites: the ability to access Zoom and basic working computer knowledge is essential. This is a live, online class. Your zoom link will be sent via email 48 hours before the first class.

Learning a language is a lifelong journey and now you are well on your way! Keep up the momentum in Beginner Spanish Part 2. Participants will continue with practical conversational components and builder phrases in Spanish enabling them to carry on small conversations related to giving and asking for directions and restaurant conversation. Vocabulary and grammar components will include weather, seasons, dates with months, days of the week, family vocabulary along with the verbs ser and tener conjugations. Culture discussions will include the importance of food, family, and friendships in Spanish speaking countries. This class is applicable to new students and previous Beginner Part 1 Spanish conversation participants. Prerequisites: the ability to access Zoom and basic working computer knowledge is essential. All Levels Indoor Cycling

Join us for a weekly Saturday morning with our All Levels Indoor Cycling Class! This will be a 45 minute class with a warmup, flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, seated, standing sections and a cool down with time to stretch. Most importantly, we will have fun! Bring water, a towel and tennis shoes or cycling shoes if you have them.

All Occasion Card Class

Create 25 all occasion cards! This class includes five cards of five different designs. These themes may be sympathy, thank-you, birthday, thinking-of-you or even some blank cards to keep for those upcoming occasions. Your instructor will provide all the materials, including envelopes, and precise tools for you to create 25 beautiful cards.

Basic Life Support Certification (Adult, Child, & Infant with AED)
General Interest
This Basic Life Support (BLS) training is a certificate-bearing course that trains participants to recognize and respond to life threatening emergencies, such as cardiac arrest and choking, by utilizing techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the automated external defibrillator (AED) device. Your certification will be valid for two years. Registration includes a pocket mask and the potential for an electronic BLS certification card.

Beginning American Sign Language

Join us for another cohort of American Sign Language! This course is designed for students who want to learn the basics of American Sign Language. Students will learn the alphabet, numbers, fingerspelling, facial expressions, vocabulary, and simple common phrases. There will also be a small portion of the class dedicated to deaf culture and history of the language.
