Join us for an exciting evening of strikes, spares, and good vibes at Sparetime Entertainment! Whether you’re a seasoned bowler or just looking for a fun night out, this event is perfect for all skill levels. Gather your friends, lace up your bowling shoes, and roll into the action with friendly competition, prizes, and plenty of laughs.

Pilates combines stretching, and strengthening, with a focus on engaging your core during the entire class. The reformers promote stability, ensuring your body stays active while you perform exercises. The spring system introduces resistance and supports stretching. Together, the exercises create a well-rounded workout that targets the entire body.

Join us for a weekly Saturday morning with our All Levels Indoor Cycling Class! This will be a 45 minute class with a warmup, flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, seated, standing sections and a cool down with time to stretch. Most importantly, we will have fun! Bring water, a towel and tennis shoes or cycling shoes if you have them.

Looking to find balance in your body and mind? In Vinyasa Yoga you will find energy, calm the mind, build strength and improve flexibility! You will experience linking a constant flow of poses using the breath. During class you can expect to start close to the earth grounding your mind and body, flow up to hands and knees, make your way to your feet for standing poses, and end with a cool down and savasana. All levels are welcome, previous knowledge of yoga poses is helpful but not required.

In this combo class, you will get a 20-25 minute cardio workout on the bike and then you will transition to 20-25 minutes of weight based exercises. Our Keiser bike computers will help ensure you get the perfect ride tailored to your own fitness level, and you can choose your weights for the strength portion so you get just what you're looking for in a workout!

Yoga Calm for Kids gives kids practice and routine that integrates physical, mental, and emotional development. Children ages 4-12 will learn yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided at the studio but feel free to bring your own!

Join Angela Larson Baking for a cookie decorating experience that’s outta sight! Channel your inner flower child and learn how to transform sugar cookies into edible works of art inspired by the peace signs, funky colors, and retro vibes of the 60s and 70s. This beginner-friendly class will walk you through step-by-step techniques for piping royal icing and creating the perfect sugar cookie! This cookie class is for youth ages 8-12 & their grown up to explore beginner decorating skills with sweet results! Don’t miss out on this fun 6-cookie, 4-icing class! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques.
