Put your problem-solving skills to the test and have fun with friends at our Puzzle Party! Work solo or team up to complete jigsaw puzzles of varying sizes and themes in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Perfect for all ages and skill levels—snacks and good vibes included!

Looking to find balance in your body and mind? In Vinyasa Yoga you will find energy, calm the mind, build strength and improve flexibility! You will experience linking a constant flow of poses using the breath. During class you can expect to start close to the earth grounding your mind and body, flow up to hands and knees, make your way to your feet for standing poses, and end with a cool down and savasana. All levels are welcome, previous knowledge of yoga poses is helpful but not required.

Yoga Calm for Kids gives kids practice and routine that integrates physical, mental, and emotional development. Children ages 4-12 will learn yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided at the studio but feel free to bring your own!

This class is a fast-paced cardio kickboxing workout! Enjoy high energy and great music. There is no contact in this class. All levels are welcome!

Join us for our All Levels Indoor Cycling Class! This will be a brilliant class with a warmup, flat roads, hill climbs, sprints, seated, standing sections and a cool down with time to stretch. Most importantly, we will have fun! Bring water, a towel and tennis shoes or cycling shoes if you have them.
