In this combo class, you will get a 20-25 minute cardio workout on the bike and then you will transition to 20-25 minutes of weight based exercises. Our Keiser bike computers will help ensure you get the perfect ride tailored to your own fitness level, and you can choose your weights for the strength portion so you get just what you're looking for in a workout!
