From beginners to more advanced, Slow Flow Yoga is an excellent way to unwind from your day! This class works at a slower pace to promote a healthy and more peaceful mind and body. You'll be able to stretch, tone, and strengthen all at the same time. You'll settle into yoga poses with fewer transitions and have more time to focus on each position. You'll leave feeling like you got in a great workout yet be mindfully refreshed! Please bring a water bottle. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.
