Jo & Kate bring their countless hours of clinical practice to teach this quick, reliable "on-the-spot" technique. Plan to attend both nights of this 2 session class as it will involve skills building & repetition for complete mastery. Teen & Adults are welcome. Chairs are provided, or bring your own mat/cushion if you prefer the floor.
