Back by popular demand are Chef Tess' Magical Cheesecake & Brownie Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies, in addition to her ever-popular Holiday Cookie Bake & Decorate class where participants learn the foundations of decorating cookies with Royal Icing! If you are looking to start a new holiday cookie baking tradition look no further! Gather your family for baking and decorating or treat yourself to some quality "me-time." Participants will receive a list of ingredients and a class link in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and prep. A professionally made PDF packet of the instructor's personal recipes from this class will also be sent to you following class.

This class will take your basic skills in Night Club Two Step to the next level by adding traveling patterns and turns. Basic knowledge of Night Club Two Step is recommended for this class.

Nestled in southeastern Wisconsin, Lake Geneva is known for its crystal-clear waters, historic mansions, and a vibrant downtown area filled with boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Your trip fee includes a sightseeing excursion on Lake Geneva, a detour to Racine, WI for a guided tour of Lake History & Wind Point Lighthouse, a tour & Kringle Sampling at Lehmann's Bakery, a show at the Fireside Theatre, 2 nights of lodging at the Harbor Shores Resort, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and motor coach transportation, plus the company of your fellow community members! In this engaging LIVE online eight-week class, middle school aged students will learn essential fundamentals to build a strong base in the Spanish language. Participants will get a jump start preparing for future middle school or even traditional high school Spanish classes. We will cover: numbers, alphabet, pronunciation, days of the week, family members, and school vocabulary. Students also practice common questions and answers for carrying on small conversations and sentence structure in Spanish. Lessons are dynamic with interactive activities and visuals, along with cultural lessons, practical resources, and practice skills. Build your student's language foundation today! Prerequisites: the ability to access Zoom and basic working computer knowledge is essential. This is a live, online class. Your zoom link will be sent via email 48 hours before the first class.
