Women's Strength Training
Strength training is a great way to improve your metabolism, tone your body, and improve everyday movement! Whether you are looking to lose weight, learn the ins and outs of a weight room, build confidence and strength, or join a community of strong women, this is the class for you! Learn the basic principles and proper techniques of strength training and understand the importance of breath support for pelvic floor and core foundation, all in a safe, encouraging community of women. All fitness abilities from beginner to intermediate are welcome! Sign up early as this class is popular and our class size is limited.Please note: Class on November 4 will be held at the Owatonna Middle School Weight Room from 5-6pm.

Owatonna Community Walking Track Program
Lace up your sneakers and get ready to join us at the Owatonna Community Walking Track at the Owatonna High School!Your registration includes open walking track hours, 6-9pm, from December 1, 2025 - May 1, 2026. This only includes days in which school is in session. Dates and hours are subject to change based on home section games. This program is only available for those 18 years of age and older. You are required to wear clean, indoor-only, walking shoes on the track. There is no running on the track and this registration does not include access to the weight room or cardio room.A senior activities pass (for those 62 years of age and older) will be honored for free admittance to this program. Pick up senior activity passes at Roosevelt School. If you currently hold a senior activities pass, you will need to re-enroll in this program annually, in person, at Roosevelt School.If you register online, your fitness waiver is confirmed during registration. If registering by phone or in person, you must sign the waiver before your first visit. Gingerbread House Bake & Build
Creative Living
Gather the whole family and join in the fun baking and building your very own show-stopping gingerbread house! Together, we will combine the flavors of gingerbread and use the dough to create the pieces that will be used to "build" breathtaking houses. We will also whip up the perfect batch of Royal Icing - the edible "glue" that holds everything together and is used to decorate the houses with candies and delicious treats. Equipment needs: Large sheet pan, parchment paper / non-stick baking mat, rolling pin, and mixer will be needed. Participants will receive a list of ingredients and a class link (zoom - free download) in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and prep. A professionally made PDF packet of the instructor's personal recipes from this class will also be sent to you following class.

This new class offers a warm, safe, and loving environment where young children and their caregivers learn and play together. this unique program is designed specifically for children receiving special education services through an IEP or IFSP. Families participate side-by-side in developmentally appropriate activities that support communication, social-emotional growth, motor skills, and early learning. Guided by experienced early-childhood and special-education staff, each session provides opportunities for exploration, connection, and joy. Our goal is to empower caregivers, nurture each child's strengths, and create a sup0oortive community where every family feels welcomed and understood.

Meanwhile, longtime girlfriend and club performer, Miss Adelaide, is tiring of their 14-year engagement with no wedding in sight. Come play, jump, and explore! Open Gym is a fun, safe time for little ones to move their bodies, make new friends, and build confidence. Kids can run, play ball, bike, and try out all the gym equipment at their own pace. Tennis shoes are required. Parents will stay and play -- this is a family-style, unstructured activity time. It's a perfect way to burn energy, practice new skills, and have fun together.

Enjoy a fall getaway to one of the greatest of the great lakes! Take in the natural beauty of Lake Superior during our Lake Superior Circle Tour. Your escorts, Lynn & Craig Connors have planned each day just for you! Mediterranean Holiday: Greek Dolmathes in Avgolemono Sauce & Crusty Artisan Bread

Experience the warmth and elegance of Greek cuisine in this one-of-a-kind cook-along experience with instructor Tess, who brings generations of culinary tradition straight to the table. Tess will guide participants in the process of making Dolmathes - tender grape leaves filled with savory rice and seasoned meat, then gently simmered and finished with a luxurious avgolemono sauce, a classic emulsion of fresh lemon juice and egg.
